Der überwältigende Teil der internationalen Patentrecherche
läuft in englischer Sprache. Wer auf globalem Parkett recherchieren
möchte, wird ohne Englisch nicht sonderlich weit kommen. Aus
diesem Grund stellen wir die folgenden Sites zur Patentrecherche grössenteils
mit ihren "eigenen Worten" vor, also unübersetzt.

Web (Web) access to separate bibliographic and full-text patent databases.
These databases cover the period from 1 January 1976 to the most recent
weekly issue date (usually each Tuesday). US Patent Classification data
in the Full-Text Database (Issued US Classification [CLAS]) corresponds
to classification data which appears on the printed patent, and may not
match current classification data. All data provided herein is in the public
domain, and may be freely used for any purpose... Nearly 6 million
patents have been issued since the first patent in 1790."

Update Information: Pending trademark applications are usually entered
in the USPTO database three to four months following the filing date; thus,
pending trademark data for the preceding four months may be incomplete.
